As the General Partner of Tandem Trust Real Estate LLP and Coastal Bend OZ Fund Manager, John brings his experience to the organization formed to build wealth for his partners and investors. As CEO of Tandem Trust Financial LLC, he has assisted his clients in reaching their financial goals for the past 40 years.

Salve Alviso

Salve is very familiar with staff training, recruitment, and financial document support. She served as a representative for International Manpower Agencies and built bridges with the community and business leaders to enhance awareness of company initiatives. Salve earned her degree from Central Mindanao College and is also certified in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Colegio De Kidapawan in the Philippines. Salve lives in Rockport, Texas and when she is not working likes to sing, sew, and make craft arts.

Sue’s career has spanned 4 decades with positions that include Managing a Multi-location Retail Operation. At the very core, there has been a focused calling; service and accuracy in everything she does. Her skills in research and communications are a large part of what she contributes to her administrative position.

Lolly has been a noteworthy leader in the financial industry for over 20 years.  Driven by her passion to help people, she takes pride in providing the best service possible, both to her clients and her community. Her experience as a mortgage professional and credit counselor has allowed her to build partnerships and working relationships with local community nonprofits and service-based organizations.

Stormy Johnson

Stormy began his career in insurance, and has owned an insurance and financial services agency since 1996. He started fixing and flipping houses in 2002 and soon realized that his true passion was in real estate, helping people manage risk, and to design a plan to build their assets. He has since invested in short-term rentals in both Central Texas and Coastal Bend and has been a Registered Representative in securities transactions since 2000.

Patrick R. Sughroue Esq.

Patrick Sughroue is a co-founder of The Business Law Group, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Over the years Patrick has served as legal counsel and business advisor in connection with numerous business organizations and transactions including capitalization, investment, and M&A. Industry specialties include securities and financial services, energy, real estate, technology, emerging businesses, qualified opportunity zones (QOZ) and legal cannabis. Patrick also maintains an alternative dispute resolution practice for business and financial disputes and serves as a FINRA arbitrator. He
earned his degree in business finance from the University of Notre Dame (1980) and his Law Degree from Wayne State University Law School (1983).
