The Opportunity

Our investment strategy focuses on acquiring non-homestead 6-month redeemable tax deeds for real estate properties. If a property is redeemed within the first six months, we earn a 25% interest, which translates to a 50% first-year yield (worst-case scenario) upon redemption. We have a track record of success in Texas, a market known for its stability and real estate investment opportunities. See Appendix A of prior tax deed purchases throughout Austin and Central Texas.
